As a name Authegrity was chosen because it combines into a single word elements of three values which its founder Ura P (Phillip) Auckland has come to hold very close to his heart, namely authenticity, growth and integrity.
Authenticity
When we experience true authenticity in communicating with another person or a group it opens something up within us. Authenticity is associated with the heart and when we engage with it, our heart opens.
There is no more powerful communicating experience than being in circle with a group of people communicating authentically. Anything such a group works on to accomplish together is achieved with less friction and less risk, because all involved are dealing with what is real.
Authegrity's Principal Ura P Auckland has deep experience in taking teams through processes to tap into their authentic selves and to create a level of truth and integrity in a team that is rare.
Growth
Authegrity is focused on creating growth outcomes that are based in integrity. Our world has forgotten what growth is supposed to look like.
Nature through trees give us a wonderful model to observe. The growth of a tree creates a thing of beauty that provides for its environment though shade, fruit, nesting grounds and gives back to the soil that sustains it by dropping its leaves.
Growth can also be thought about in terms of achieving a higher standard, developing, coming closer to perfection.
Growth is a nourishing thing that sustains that which is around it creating value. This is the type of growth Authegrity seeks to achieve for its clients
Integrity
Integrity is a value which is far broader in its meaning than is commonly understood.
Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes.
For business then integrity is a test of whether the business model is consistent with all of the above things. It applies to practical physical world tests like actions, methods, measures, and outcomes, but also importantly measures it against soft factors like values, principles, and expectations (which would include the expectations of all stakeholders).
Where an organisation is in integrity, its strategy has eliminated forces of resistance.
When all organisations of the world are in integrity work will be a place that brings people satisfaction, business will be a force that satisfies the needs of the people of the world in a manner that creates positive feelings, and our planet and environment will be treated like it is important to preserve.
The world was a village and an ecosystem first. Organisations must ensure they are enhancing the life of the villagers and preserving the ecosystem.
